Set in an alternate history post WWII where miniature fusion devices were commodified. The Atomic Bureau of Investigation (ABI) was founded to investigate illicit use and creation of fusion reactors. First line of defense against domestic and foreign nuclear terrorism/espionage, mutant eradication and accident clean up/containment.
